“Hong and team helped me pick the best mattress for our needs. They were patient and answered all questions even after our visit via email and on call. Overall a great experience!”
“The very best ordering experience! I wanted to order a foundation for my bed and get delivery and take away of the old box spring... but didn't have time to go to the store. I called San Rafael Mattress Firm and luckily talked to Janey who handled everything in less than 10 minutes. She was professional, transparent with all the cost and delivery details and had excellent follow-thru. If you want to buy a mattress or otherwise. Ask for Janey at the San Rafael Mattress Firm store. She will make sure you are happy and have no problems.”
“Great experience. The sales person (Ava) was knowledgeable, incredibly nice and very patient while we discussed and finally decided on the best mattress. Highly recommend!”

“We ordered a bed on the phone for an elder in our care and we were helped with every detail. I felt the gentleman helping us went out of his way to get us the delivery date we needed. Many thanks!”
“Came in looking for a specific mattress on clearance, left with an even better one that Vonnie had marked down significantly for me. She is so helpful and fun, I really felt comfortable in their showroom and not just from trying out a bunch of beds!”
“The process was so easy!
I picked out the Mattress and the Joey helped me so quickly.
He offered white glove service and discounted the Matress.
Joey from the Van Ness store also offered me a great mattress cover at a discount. Will definitely use Mancini’s again.
The best thing is they can deliver the next day!
Thank you Joey so much for your professionalism, friendliness, helpfulness in this process. You made the process so effortless on my part! You are a great attribute to the company!”
“Great experience shopping for a mattress here. We walked in and right away we were met by Ray. I told him what we wanted, and he guided us to a few mattresses. One was way out of our price range and rather than push us on that, which I know some salesmen do, he helped us find one that was more affordable. Wound up getting the perfect mattress and had a lot of fun banter with the staff. Great team working there. Would definitely come back.”

“Jenny from the San Francisco store went above and beyond in helping us find a mattress that fit our needs. Jenny’s attention to detail was superb as she ensured not only the mattresses fit our sleep hygiene needs but pillows, bases and even bed frames did as well. Jenny is very knowledgable on each product and turned mundane mattress buying into an experience that was very pleasant. We purchased the Saatva RX (which remained at the top of our list after trying all the different mattresses) from Jenny that day. We can’t wait to try it out!”
“I had a great shopping experience with Ken and Fidel. Good quality bed is made by Mancini brand. Got the xl size bed which is great for the taller people. We are happy with the delivery people...set up was quick and efficient. :))”
“Bay area folks! If you need a mattress then consider Aladdin Rugs in the Outer Richmond! I just bought a Queen size Sealy for a great price! They were very accommodating. Serveral mattress were laid out for me to test based on my preferences before purchase. On top of that they assured me that I have time to exchange if I need something more firm or soft. They were so nice they even put it on the roof of their car and drove it 4 blocks to my apartment ? Not all heroes wear capes. Some sell mattresses!”

“We had a very good experience purchasing a McRoskey mattress. The sales rep was very knowledgeable about each of the mattress types . She showed us comparative mattresses and helped us choose the one that fit our needs. We are looking forward to the delivery.”
“I have been sleeping with back pain lately and decided it was time for a new mattress. Called the store and showed up a few minutes later. John and Brandon helped us out immediately by showing us exactly what was comparable to what we had and gave us a very fair price. As I was driving away I decided I also wanted a new couch and circled back around. Ended up with a new mattress and couch on a Sunday afternoon. Great experience and price. I will be back!”

They are very fortunate to have someone of her caliber running the store. The chair is outstanding and we’ve recommended it to friends and family.”

“This is our fourth time buying from Keetsa and we keep coming back.
We like the simplicity of the choices, mattress quality and the mattress prices.”
“Had an amazing experience both buying and (most importantly) sleeping on the mattress we got here. He was super helpful in guiding me to the right option, super clear about the delivery process, and this is literally the most comfortable mattress my wife or I have ever slept on - and we’ve tried everything from the mainstream to the exotic/luxury brands. 5 stars across the board!”
