“I got a mattress over the phone two years ago with Mattress Firm and the attention to detail and wanting everything to be just right was so impressive. The quality of the mattress was great too. They made it so easy. So, 2 years later and I need another mattress and I do not hesitate to contact Mattress Firm again. Daniel handled it quickly and effortlessly. Gave me complete and clear instructions on how to handle the delivery since this was a last minute order that had many specifics. What a pleasure. Had the same, if not better, experience the second time around. No reason to go or look anywhere else.”

“Excellent customer service. Ron helped us over the course of several weeks as we went back and forth over the models (all of which are great we’re just picky). 10/10 would recommend to anybody who sleeps.”

“We purchased a Ronan massage chair there and had some issues that were fully resolved by the manager, Malika. She is extremely professional and customer oriented. They are very fortunate to have someone of her caliber running the store. The chair is outstanding and we’ve recommended it to friends and family.”

“We had a very good experience purchasing a McRoskey mattress. The sales rep was very knowledgeable about each of the mattress types . She showed us comparative mattresses and helped us choose the one that fit our needs. We are looking forward to the delivery.”

“Had an amazing experience both buying and (most importantly) sleeping on the mattress we got here. He was super helpful in guiding me to the right option, super clear about the delivery process, and this is literally the most comfortable mattress my wife or I have ever slept on - and we’ve tried everything from the mainstream to the exotic/luxury brands. 5 stars across the board!”
