“I have a Volkswagen 2019 E golf that I bought used and absolutely love, but has given me anxiety every time I go to charge it. From Day One it was always a guessing game, one that I would often lose, of whether it was going to charge or not. I took it to the dealership and they wanted to completely replace the entire charging module, quoted at four grand. Their explanation was flimsy, and when I talked to Nick on the phone, he took his time and confidently explained why he thought that this was not the actual problem with the car Nick and his team took care of the issue for significantly less, and now my car charges without issue. Mellow motors made me feel like a real human being when they talk to me and were extremely knowledgeable. Will definitely be coming back here again. Highly recommend!”

“I no longer own a BMW now but when I did, A-1 was my primary mechanic for all issues on my beamer. Best price anywhere and did the recommended fixes that JP recommended and never had an issue again. My 2006 3 series had over 300k miles before I sold it almost a decade ago.

“If I could give more than five stars I would! Pat is not only a great guy personally, but is extremely knowledgeable, professional and did a perfect service on installing my tires. He gave me great advice and options when I was shopping around for new tires for my Mercedes. His prices are competitive and he is able to order and install tires quickly. He will also only charge you for what is needed (e.g, he won’t charge you for an alignment unless he thinks it’s needed). Lastly, I called Pat in a panic that my tire had a nail in it recently and he was able to see me same day, analyze the tire, and even fixed it for free. I have recommended Barr’s Cars to my entire family, friends and now to you too!”
“i've been going to them for many years... they've worked on all 3 of my trucks.
i recently brought in my 2013 tacoma trd offroad, because i was riding on the original suspension, and it was shot,
they did the lift on my 99 taco about 10 years ago (and replaced a bent e-locker rearend)... so i knew who to take it to.
new upper and lower control arms, shocks on all 4 corners, ecgs clamshell busing installed, new brakes, new leaf springs... all adding up to a nice 3in suspension lift.
the prices were better than competitive, and the turnaround time was very quick for such an involved project.
got it back,and immediately took it on a trip to shasta. miles of forest service roads at pretty good speed...and my truck was just floating over everything.
long story short, these guys know what they're doing, and they not only know how to work on offroad vehicles, they're enthusiasts as well.
if you like to play offroad, and have ideas about what you want out of suspension, these are the guys in marin that will make it happen.”
