“Great experience! I came in for a wheel alignment and Ahmad did an excellent job. Ahmad was very friendly, professional, and got everything done quickly. My car drives noticeably better now. Great service and fair pricing. I’ll definitely be coming back and highly recommend him!”
“Been coming to A1 for 15 years. Service all our BMWs (2002, 540i, M2, 650i, M5) and Toyota Tundra. Always accommodating and extremely efficient. Fairly priced and definitely recommend.”
“Still the OG of tires in San Rafael. Competitive pricing and excellent customer service since they are smaller. While I was there A1 Autoworks and Hi Tec Auto dropped off cars, so still well regarded by the pros.”
“Absolutely the best service I’ve ever gotten at a tire shop. They had to collect all seven of the legendary dragon balls for me to leave the shop because it’s the service was that good!”
“I have owned Healeys for over 60 years and it is becoming very difficult to find experienced, knowledgeable shops who know British cars. Clint and his crew are terrific, fair, and share their knowledge of what they do and why on every occassion. My go to place for whatever ails my vehicles.”
“In my humble opinion, this is the best auto mechanic in Marin. I’ve been using them for almost 10 years. They provide consistently excellent service. I’ve never had a problem. Moreover, they have managed to find and resolve problems for friends I have referred, who were told by other mechanics that the problem was too difficult to diagnose or too expensive to resolve. Most importantly, they have fair pricing and they are trustworthy. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS BUSINESS.”
“Honest reliable work done every visit!!Simply the best in Marin n Sonoma counties. Sean sets a very high standard as how to properly run an automobile repair business!!”
“Clint was an unbelievable help to us this last weekend for Triumphfest‼ Our classic car gages failed and looked like it was overheating badly. Even though the shop was not open, he agreed to help. Not only did he repair our car, he brought it back to our hotel as well. Amazing service, amazing business. Highly recommend ‼”

“R&I have been my mechanics for so long now that I can't even remember when I started going there. Decades ago? No matter which vehicle I've owned, they have always kept it in great shape. And now that I need a new (used) car, Jayson has made himself completely available to give me feedback on possible new cars. His advice is always invaluable! And service is always delivered with the highest integrity, courtesy, efficiency, and just plain pleasant manner. I can't imagine ever going anywhere else.”
“Was having trouble with my car passing smog, Curtis took a look at it and suggested I go a bit of a cheaper route (which was obviously helpful) and that fixed the issue! They are straight shooters, honest, knowledgeable, and reliable! Can’t suggest this company enough, any future problems I will not think twice about taking my car here!”
“I have been coming to Luis since he had his first little spot on east Fransisco Blvd, like more than 15 years ago. My brother recommended him and my whole family had come to Luis ( most family is passed now) when my grandmother brought her car in Luis always gave her a ride home and picked her when her car was ready. He also would give my mother one of his trucks to use if she needed while he worked on her car. I have had many cars in the years and brought every one of them here. My front bumper kept ripping off of my 2002 vw jetta and Luis would always screw it back on for free. Luis always explains the problem to me so I understand. Years ago my car needed a tire but I couldn't get my car to his shop(couldn't afford to tow it) so he came to me and took the tire with him and spent half the day looking for a good tire. At that time I believe he didn't do tire work. He found a good used tire and put it on my car for a very good price. When ever I need a oil change him or one of his guys always has time to do it. I highly recommend this place! I only wish to see more of Luis at the San Rafael shop.”
“I’ve been to this tire shop in Marin a bunch of times, and I’ve always had a great experience. They’re super professional and always take care of me. I highly recommend them!”
“I had to get an unexpectedly expensive repair in a short time frame, and Daniel and Sam and everyone at Easy Automotive were so patient, understanding, and thorough. They are the kindest mechanics you will ever meet, completely trustworthy, and generous. Take your car here, you won't regret it!”

“Wonderful experience, as usual. Been getting tires from Cains, a family owned shop, for over 20 years. Brian was especially helpful and generous. Fair price.
Reasonably fast turnaround. It's like having a brand new car! Highly recommend.”
“My friend recommended this place during a time of need I got a nail in my tire and I was having a bad morning start, anyways they took care me of and I will highly recommend this friendly professional place to my friends and family as well!”
“I had a suspected coolant leak in my Mercedes GLC300 (A warning message kept popping up on the display console).
They ran all the tests and could not find any problem. The likely cause was insufficient coolant was added during the last major service a couple of months ago. Coolant topped up and no new warning messages. No charge for this check up.
Excellent customer service.”

“I put new tires at Toscalito Tire & Automotive in San Rafael.
Work was fast, they give me discount and price better than other shops.
Very good place, I happy with service.”
“As a busy corporate HR professional, I have very little time to waste, and Bobby made purchasing my new Mercedes an incredibly easy and enjoyable experience!
I purchased my vehicle completely over the phone from Houston, Texas, and the entire process took less than an hour. From my very first conversation with Bobby, I knew he was the right salesperson to work with. He was personable, knowledgeable, honest, transparent, and never once made me feel like I was being pressured or haggled. He truly knows what he’s doing, and I highly recommend asking for him!
What impressed me even more was the level of service after the sale. Bobby sent me a personalized video of my new Mercedes after I purchased it and another video when it was picked up for transport to Houston. He even included a thoughtful Mercedes care package with the vehicle as a thank-you. Those personal touches made buying a car from across the country feel surprisingly easy and special.
George in the finance office was equally phenomenal. He was honest, straightforward, and took the time to make sure my vehicle had the protection and additional coverage I wanted at a great price. I never felt pressured into purchasing anything.
From sales to finance, this was truly a five-star experience. Bobby and George made buying my Mercedes from hundreds of miles away seamless, transparent, and exciting. I would confidently purchase from them again in the future.Thank you both for such an exceptional experience!”
“I bought my tires at Big O Tires a while ago, which is why I went there to have my tire pressure checked. The kind employee, older guy, I think his name is Jessie noticed I haven’t rotated my tires. Thankfully, he noticed because I was about to take a long drive. My tires were rotated, and checked quickly!
I’m now on my roadtrip with peace of mind!
I highly recommend Big O Tires in San Rafael! Everyone, is kind, patient, and does quality service!
Thank you Big O Tires in San Rafael!”

“Tim's Treads is the real deal. Tim felt like a family friend from the moment I walked in, taking the time to walk me through the best tire options for my car instead of just upselling me. His team also caught that I needed an alignment and called in a favor to get me seen the same day. As a new car owner, I really appreciated feeling looked after rather than just another customer. Highly recommend!”
