He also appears to use quality parts and fix things properly. Like all of you, I’ve had bad experiences at other shops and dealerships selling me on repairs I don’t need, but JP seems honest and helpful in contrast.”

“I had a suspected coolant leak in my Mercedes GLC300 (A warning message kept popping up on the display console).
They ran all the tests and could not find any problem. The likely cause was insufficient coolant was added during the last major service a couple of months ago. Coolant topped up and no new warning messages. No charge for this check up.
Excellent customer service.”

“I have been coming to Luis since he had his first little spot on east Fransisco Blvd, like more than 15 years ago. My brother recommended him and my whole family had come to Luis ( most family is passed now) when my grandmother brought her car in Luis always gave her a ride home and picked her when her car was ready. He also would give my mother one of his trucks to use if she needed while he worked on her car. I have had many cars in the years and brought every one of them here. My front bumper kept ripping off of my 2002 vw jetta and Luis would always screw it back on for free. Luis always explains the problem to me so I understand. Years ago my car needed a tire but I couldn't get my car to his shop(couldn't afford to tow it) so he came to me and took the tire with him and spent half the day looking for a good tire. At that time I believe he didn't do tire work. He found a good used tire and put it on my car for a very good price. When ever I need a oil change him or one of his guys always has time to do it. I highly recommend this place! I only wish to see more of Luis at the San Rafael shop.”
