Brought a favorite pair of shell cordovan Allen Edmonds to send out for a resole; however, I was rejected. Shoes had previously been resolved outside of Allen Edmonds. There is no mention of this on their website or in the resole program web page. Very disappointed.

Dan and Kyle are customer service icons, with a deep knowledge of AE history, and dedication to excellence. The store is perfectly kept. If they don't have your size in stock, they will get it mailed to you, or you can MTO a pair with them. Great selection of shell cordovan as well. Such an amazing shop, don't miss it.
