“excellent customer service if you ever have an issue, they take care of you and their VIP program allows you to return or exchange any shoe within 90 days of use which is amazing as you know putting a shoe on May feel one way in the showroom and very different out on the road or the trail so I highly recommend their VIP progra”

The store itself is an aesthetic heaven - makes the shopping experience pleasurable. always has great stuff, but Yuki took it to another level. If you go, ask for him — 10/10 experience. “When you come to McQueen, ask for Carter and Amber. Carter is a perfect representation of the brand. He spent a lot of time with us and was extremely helpful. Such a great dude! He is fun, he is knowledgeable and he lets the sale happen naturally. For his age, it was great to see such a good kid. The brand is lucky to have you. We were treated like Royalty by Carter & Amber. Amber is perfect for high end customers. She is a joy. If you get over to South Coast Mall, make sure you stop in. We grabbed the Shoes & Purse for my girl. And if any fellas read this, you should swoop the grey sweater. It’s the best one out there. I’d buy it but I have too big of shoulders and back to fit in this style. “I can't say enough good things about the Ferragamo boutique at South Coast Plaza, and especially Brenda Chavez! Brenda was endlessly patient with me as I debated between two bags I had fallen head over heals for. She kept in close communication with me as I wrestled with my decision for about 3 weeks. She has taken the time to really get to know me and my two friends with whom I have visited the boutique, and she sets things aside that she thinks we would each like according to our personal tastes for us to look at. Each time we went to visit, we were treated with the utmost care and respect. When I ultimately made my purchase last weekend, Brenda made my experience so special and unforgettable. The entire staff there is also incredibly friendly and welcoming. If you're in the area, don't hesitate to stop by, and ask for Brenda!”

Nicolina was exceptional!! As I tried on each dress, she made me feel so special. She created a calm and peaceful environment, and her warm and completely non-pressuring demeanor allowed me to enjoy the experience without ever feeling rushed or overwhelmed. She listened so carefully to everything I was looking for, offered guidance, and made me feel confident and beautiful in every wedding dress I tried on. “Very lovely experience with Teresa and Tony. Despite how busy the store was, I felt very appreciated and was not rushed despite being uncertain which bags I wanted to see. They had no problem bringing several different sizes and colors for me to try, making suggestions, explaining the different leather and exotics, and once we narrowed the choices down a bit we moved to the private room. I wanted to come back after an hour or so walk around the mall because I was indecisive and they were so gracious about it, no pushiness at all. In the end I made my choice without even needing the walk and I’m SO happy, not just with my beautiful new bag but with the level of helpfulness and attention to detail from the staff.
