Anthropologie is a lifestyle brand offering an escape and a source of inspiration. The inventory at this location is great, with an awesome Pilcro section and plenty of sale items. There is so much to look at and it smells amazing inside. The clothes are often straightened out in an orderly fashion, making shopping less stressful. However, it can also be a little bit chaotic, with things all over the place as if ransacked. The workers are generally very kind, friendly, jolly, happy, efficient, thoughtful, and helpful, especially the dressing room attendant. Still, some employees can seem to avoid customer contact. Overall, it creates a sense of discovery, though some prefer to shop online.
I came to return an online order but left with goodies because a sales associate saw me looking at their new Christmas collection. She pointed out very adorable cheese platter decorations that I had to buy so I did!
