“Soma is awesome! It's part of the Chico's company, which includes Chico's and White House Black Market. Soma is not as well known as Victoria's Secret, but I have to say their bras and intimate wear, etc. are of much better quality. Also, every time I have stepped into the store, I have been met with excellent and memorable customer service.The bras and panties here are a little more expensive than Target or Walmart, etc. but they are comfortable and worth it. Their sales also vary every week, so it can be buy one, get one half off, or everything for half off, which is rare. I believe their in store sales are better than their online prices, but am not completely sure since their prices always change. Happy shopping!”

“I can not say enough about this hidden gem! The inventory was shockingly good, the service was 1st class and the prices were great! My wife and 2 daughters were visiting from Nor Cal and stumbled upon this place. I didn't expect to find much for myself but man was I pleasantly surprised! I scored a rare Louis Vuitton Keepall duffle bag for half the ticketed price! Plus a Saint Laurent bracelet. The ladies that work here were so attentive. My daughter scored her now favorite boots and my wife found several amazing pieces too. I regret that I did not buy the Hermes Apple Watch they had just put out while I was there. Thanks again for the chocolates!”

I typically run with a Sleenker and he was able to fit me in a nice pair and also suggested something different. He took his time and made sure that I got what I needed. He also gave me spot on care instructions for my new denim. I will definitely be back when I need more stuff”

“South coast plaza location. Easy to access with parking around the building and a main entrance to the mall. Women’s clothing section had some nice spring items with lighter fabrics and colors. The lady who assisted me with the dressing room was very attentive and friendly, Linda. Enjoy getting Nordy club points. They had a special if you signed up for and qualified for a Nordstrom card you could get $40 off (March 2024).”

“I'm obsessed with Miu Miu shoes! I love glitter, crystals, and shoes. Miu Miu has it all! I was in search of a particular sneaker. I called the store to see if they had the shoe I wanted and in my size. The lady who answered the phone was so friendly and very helpful. She found the shoes, and she was able to put them on hold for me. I made the drive to South Coast Plaza in Costa Mesa. When I arrived, I told the lady I called and put shoes on hold. She found them, and I tried them on. They fit perfectly, and they were gorgeous in person! I bought them and was very happy with the customer service and my shoes. I also love the pink box and shopping bag! I can't wait to buy more shoes!”

“What a wonderful experience! I had my eye on a Chloe bag for some time and wanted to check the style out in person since I had the opportunity. We were greeted warmly by both sales associates when we walked in, and Michelle was very helpful when showing me the bag and answering my questions. I was not planning on making such a big purchase that day as I usually have to save for a few months when investing in a new designer bag. We thanked her for her time and went on our way. While at Nordstrom, I looked at the same bag again. As we were leaving Nordstrom my husband told me to pick where I wanted to purchase the bag because he was surprising me with it as a birthday gift. Nordstrom would have been the top choice simply due to the points I'd earn, but because of how kind and helpful Michelle was, we went back to the store. She was busy helping another customer but kindly asked the other associate to assist until she was finished. The bag was wrapped beautifully, we were offered sparkling water while we waited, and even received a small perfume sample as a bonus. Such wonderful touches to make customers feel special, something I have did not experience when purchasing handbags at LV! : )”

“I'm sure everyone that works there is fantastic, but my experience was with Huey. I would definitely recommend you ask for, or find him. I called in roughly a half an hour before they were about to close and he was patient with all my questions. Together we figured out exactly the shoe I was looking for. It was the Nubuck Calfskin sneaker. I was very happy to find out they had them in stock. I rushed straight down. As soon as I stepped 1 foot inside the store, I heard a friendly voice from the back yell out, Mike? I felt like I was connecting with an old friend. Even though they were minutes away from closing, Huey was great and showed me a couple of different options and a couple of different sizes. I ended up with exactly what I was looking for and while these are not cheap, I believe their shoes to be an incredible value. When the sole wears out, they will be sent back to Italy to get resoled. Stuff like this is truly an investment, versus the disposable fast fashion that everyone seems to love these days. I actually just got off the phone with Huey and he's going to help me track down another pair in a different color. I'm new to the brand but already know this will be my go-to brand for casual shoes. It's like walking on a cloud. They really are ridiculously comfortable. Believe the hype.”

“It was my first time visiting this store because I live closer to LA. The wait to enter the store was not long on a Saturday afternoon and I was paired with Toni as my sales associate who was absolutely amazing! I had such an enjoyable experience working with her and she was able to help my cousin and I with securing a triomphe card holder and wallet for both of us. “We came here a couple of years ago for the Din Tai Fung and had about an hour to wander the mall while waiting to get seated. This time, we got to spend time in the mall and really check it out. This is a high end mall full of luxury shops, but it is also worth seeing just for its pure size. It is a mall on both sides of the street (which each half would be its own big mall somewhere else) with a great walking bridge in between. Kids had plenty to focus on between Lego and the teenage style stores. This is a great mall, and I never thought I would say that again.”

The owner Shelli is super nice and helpful! A lovely mix of stuff for going out or even more mature events. Actually even went to Urban Outfitters right after to maybe get a black dress and compared to UO, this place has got wayyy better quality clothes for the same price points. Definitely coming back to check on Shelli's selection again!”
