She was so friendly and personable it was like I was setting up an insurance policy with a friend. She assisted us in creating the best tour for Scandinavia, which included a few days ahead of time to visit with family in Sweden. It was decided to select the Tauck Tour since the main objectives was to see family, go to Denmark and visit the stunning fjords in Norway. The tour was a true success in every way: service, motor coach driver, weather (especially being able to see the glaciers & fjords), small tour group-great people, itinerary, hotels, food, tour guide and local tour guides, etc..We are now working with Ann on our travel plans for 2024.
