“I have been with Amica for many years, and I want to express my sincere gratitude for the support and professionalism my family and me received through several very difficult situations.
Most recently, I went through a major water damage claim in my home that turned into a long and challenging restoration process lasting over a year. There were many complications along the way, including serious flooring installation problems that had to be redone multiple times.
Throughout the entire process, Amica consistently stood by me with professionalism, responsiveness, and genuine care. I especially want to recognize Megan Shanahan, who supported me every step of the way. I live alone and had to manage this situation on my own, and knowing Megan had my back gave me enormous peace of mind during an extremely stressful time.
In addition to the home claim, I also experienced an auto accident, and once again Amica’s support was outstanding throughout the process. My son also went through an auto damage claim, and Amica showed him the same professionalism, care, and support.
