“I came here on a Friday afternoon to sort out vehicle title name change and the whole experience was very smooth and easy. The people working here are all very friendly and helpful. Also, parking is super easy with their ample parking lot. There was barely any wait when I got here, at most 10 minutes but it was a work day. This branch is very airy and spacious so even if I had to wait, it would've been a pleasant wait. The branch has two floors but they do have an elevator in case you need assistance with mobility. The branch office is such a convenience for some DMV errands if you don't want to deal with the craze of going to the DMV. You can pay for a lot of services here but they do charge a 2.3% fee to cover the credit card transaction fee. Most of the DMV items can be done online nowadays, but if you come across any that require you to go into the DMV, I highly recommend checking to see if you can do it at AAA first.”
