I could not recommend Mikes more. I came here with a long (and very expensive) quote that I got from a different shop that told me I needed all of these repairs and new parts. I told Mike that I wanted an honest service and that’s exactly what he gave me. He told me straight what I needed and what I could hold off on. Let alone the price differences were tremendous. “Good folks. I would recommend my Salesman, Mehmet (Matt), who sold me a 2023 CPO Porsche Macan. I went back to him and texted him numerous times with questions about the car. He was always patient with me, and even created a way that I could cast my Android phone to the Porsche's information screen. The dealer is a member of AutoNation, although they showed some flexibility in the price in consideration for my purchase a of a warranty. Additionally, they responded favorably to my request to replace a tire on the car. I compared prices and equipment across the Nation for this car (Carfax and Porsche U.S.), and I believe I paid a fair price for my car. I would highly recommend this Dealership.”

“I recently had the pleasure of working with Convertible Sunroof Service, and I cannot recommend them highly enough. When I noticed that the glass window on my convertible's top was separating from the fabric, I reached out to several shops for help. Most of them told me that repair wasn't an option and quoted me a hefty $3,400-$3,600 for a full replacement.
However, Convertible Sunroof Service took a different approach. Not only did they offer to repair the issue instead of replacing the entire top, but they also managed to complete the job for just $1,100. The owner and staff were friendly, professional, and communicative throughout the entire process, ensuring that I was well-informed and confident in their work.
To my delight, they finished the job on time and exceeded my expectations with the quality of their workmanship. My convertible's top looks and functions like new, and I couldn't be more pleased with the results.

“I have always used Porsche Newport. Most recently, there was some confusion about my Insurance Co payment for some window glass. They needed to have the invoice submitted which I have no time to do. The service manager was extremely helpful even though I was probably being the most stressful customer. She took care of the issue and made the effort to make it as was expected. I will always return because they earned these 5 stars. Both service managers bravo. I usually never have anything but smooth transactions but when it got a little bumpy the manager stepped in and made it right. Thank you Porsche Newport for doing a great job so I can focus on life and let you guys handle my car stuff and take away that anxiety of whether your car is in good hands or not. At Newport, you are in good hands. Also want to send 5 stars to the technicians that work on my car; Javier and Aaron. They are magicians and they make it look like the engine hasn't been touched since it left the factory. Jason my service advisor is also very easy to work with and he is a great part of the team when I come for service. All in all a great dealership for a great car brand!”
