“I would like to admit that Rhino did a fantastic job to PPF, window tint and ceramic coating for my Model Y. The PPF was installed so well and seamlessly to the edge of the car that it made the finish look edgeless and glossy.When I said seamless, I didn't see the cutting edge, and the PPF blended in the paint surface very well unless I tagged a finger to feel there was PPF installed.Although there were a few imperfections, which there is very few perfection jobs could be done just in one time in my opinion, as long as that will be corrected in the next follow-up appointment, Rhino indeed does the state-of-art work in this industry. When I started to look for an auto detailing shop, I saw most of the companies stated 5 -10 year warranty. So the first thing I checked was each companies' track record and its years in the business. Because I looked for a company which had been in the business longer than the warranty it provided. Another criteria I looked for was the location and the layout of the facility. Because I had to leave my car several days in the place where needs to be secure, clean and organized. Therefore, when I narrowed down to two auto shops, I drove by each of them, and Rhino checked the boxes (I will post the photos comparing how the places of these two look like later). I also liked their expertise to the products and honest suggestions. For instance, they suggested not to applying excessive layers of ceramic coating onto PPF because that will affect PPF's self-healing functionality. Last but not least, they are very responsive and simple to reach that gives me peace of mind for the service and warranty down the road. Overall, happy with their service and results.”

“I needed a rush service (oil change) for my daughter's car before she headed back to college, and Terry got us in immediately. They got the oil changed and checked to see if her tires needed to be rotated in about a half hour. He also offered two different qualities of oil and explained each to me, allowing me to make a choice for myself. I left with a diagnostic sheet with suggestions for some things that needed to be done at the next oil change, but I never felt upsold on anything or pressured to have unneeded services. Totally great experience, and I will be back!”

“Found this shop after cross-referencing Reddit, Yelp, and Google. I was looking for a solid, independent garage for my Audi A5's 20k service after getting quoted $700+ at the dealership. Called a few times to ask about oil changes and the 20k service and was able to talk to both Matt and Mike. I felt they were honest people with reasonable and transparent pricing so ended up scheduling with them a few days later.Matt was the one who ended up working on my car and it took 3-4 hours or maybe shorter. I decided to wait there and work on my laptop on one of the two small couches they have in the front but I think most decided to drop off and come back later to pick up. My final cost was around $200, which I thought was very reasonable. Matt was very personable and knowledgeable and I believe he did good work. It's always difficult to find a reliable and honest shop for the first time but I think this place is a great one if you have an Audi or VW. It's a bit of a drive for me but I'll still be coming back for future services!”
