The staff are wonderful, helpful, patient, kind, friendly, knowledgeable, and very cool. All staff are active motorcycle enthusiasts who share the passion, providing solid recommendations and above-and-beyond service, including help with shipping gear.
The store features an amazing sale or outlet section with heavily discounted and marked-down items, offering great deals. It hosts various in-store events like riding clinics, weekend group rides, televised MotoGP and World Superbike races, social events, custom bike shows, and women-specific events. Services include the Dainese Custom Works program for tailored measurements and a sanitizing station for gear. It is considered a must-visit for any biker, where visitors always enjoy their time and plan to return.
The team at the Orange County store is extremely helpful and knowledgeable. They answered all of my questions and helped me with an exchange to ensure that I have the perfect fit for my new jacket, pants, boots, and gloves.
