Went to this FedEx facility to fax out some legal paperwork. My first time to use their fax/printer machine. Ricardo was kind and gracious enough to assist me with the task. Employees were kind and they know their job well. Pricing was reasonable as well.

Not sure with the negative, but I have never had any bad experience with them.Customers these day are just to demanding and can't figure out themselves. It's called "Google" people
