“I go to UPS on Newport Blvd in CM & they are so nice & helpful. I'm a senior & they are always so patient & kind. I'm there a couple times a week because I have an Amazon shopping addiction ?The store is always clean & the employees are so organized & so quick. There are several places closer to my home but it is worth it to go to that UPS store there because they do such a good job!”

“I just left this UPS location and wanted to give a huge shoutout to Chris! He was incredibly patient and helpful with all of my Amazon returns from items I needed to return for an upcoming trip. It can be a little nerve-racking walking into a store with a bunch of returns, especially when you’re worried about holding up the line or taking up too much of someone’s time, but Chris made the entire process so easy. He was patient, kind, and handled everything as smoothly as possible. Thank you so much, Chris, for the amazing customer service! It was truly appreciated. 😊”

“Five stars for Julie V.! It's been long enough that I honestly don't remember all the details of my visit, but I *do* remember telling Julie I'd leave her a Google review—and the fact that I remembered that promise says something. People usually don't promise reviews after a bad experience. So, better late than never! Thank you, Julie, for making enough of a positive impression that I wanted to follow through. Wishing you all the best, and I hope you're still making customers' days a little easier. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐”

“Things move a LOT faster ever since the Samoan girls started working in the front. I used to dread coming here because I knew the wait was going to be an eternity and it felt like they were ignoring everyone on purpose. Day and night difference”

“Great customer service. Friendly and capable staff. Only four stars due to the ridiculously high charge of $5.50 for a package label. Tip...print your label at home or at a public library.”

“I bought a gaming chair for my son a few years back, a got the Staples protection plan. I had the protection plan reciept but not the original purchase reciept. I tried to get it by calling the help desk. They were able to give me all the info of my purchase (price, sku, and transaction number) but said they couldn't provide me a copy of the reciept , which meant I couldn't file a claim. I called The Staples on 17th Street where I purchased the chair. I spoke to Carlos the manager, and with no hesitation, he told me to bring in the chair and he would take care of it. It was that easy...my son and I brought in the chair that day and easily exchanged it...no hassle. I've been coming to this Staples for over 18 years for my business needs and over 15+ years for all my sons school needs. Carlos has managed this store for over 20+. He and his team give excellent service. Thank you Carlos!”

“I had a very positive experience at this FedEx Ship Center. The employee at the counter was friendly, professional, and made the entire process quick and easy. He took the time to explain my shipping options and helped me choose the best one for what I needed without making the process feel complicated. I had my identification and shipping information ready, and everything was handled efficiently. I was in and out within just a few minutes. After seeing some of the mixed reviews, I was not sure what to expect, but my experience was smooth from beginning to end. Great customer service and a convenient location.”
