“I bought a gaming chair for my son a few years back, a got the Staples protection plan. I had the protection plan reciept but not the original purchase reciept. I tried to get it by calling the help desk. They were able to give me all the info of my purchase (price, sku, and transaction number) but said they couldn't provide me a copy of the reciept , which meant I couldn't file a claim. I called The Staples on 17th Street where I purchased the chair. I spoke to Carlos the manager, and with no hesitation, he told me to bring in the chair and he would take care of it. It was that easy...my son and I brought in the chair that day and easily exchanged it...no hassle. I've been coming to this Staples for over 18 years for my business needs and over 15+ years for all my sons school needs. Carlos has managed this store for over 20+. He and his team give excellent service. Thank you Carlos!”

“I recently had an online order arranged to be picked up at this location. I decided to check their reviews since I'd never been there. All I saw were horrible reviews about the store being closed a lot thru normal business hours and people unable to get there packages. I decided to call the location around opening time and a friendly woman answered the phone around 10am (opening time). I then called the day before my package was to be delivered and asked how long I had to pick it up once it was delivered and a friendly voice said as long as you need! Today, it was delivered and I called again to see if it was there and it was. I arrived shortly after and a very friendly lady named Nene greeted me and gave me my package after checking my ID and the pick up code. “My sons passport was taking forever to arrive and we found out that it was bouncing back and forth from NY and Anaheim. The post master and another gentlemen that does passports gave me great advice and they tracked the package down in a couple of days and probably saved us hundreds of dollar and a lot of anguish.
