What a GREAT Manager!! Thank heavens for Albert, the manager at this location. We are experienced business owners and had an unusual situation arise where we needed to email a return label (for an estoppel certificate) to an apparently awkwardly received corporate email address. Albert brilliantly and with trying resiliency achieved our goal.

I'm a small business owner here in Costa Mesa. I don't have many of the office tools that I need, so I use this place for them. Today, I had to create a letter ahead and send out some important papers to my business insurance company. I was helped by Lina, and it was an amazing experience. She walked me through the process that I needed to do and even went further by making sure I understood it all. As I was attempting to do the things that she explained to me, she must have noticed that I was still unsure of what I was doing. She came across the store and helped me step by step. I was able to get these important papers out to my insurance agent in a timely manner. Thank you, Lina, for taking the time to help me! I really appreciate you!!!

Clerk did not offer receipt and with no one in the store offered to show me how to do the self serve option. This was for a drop off for a lawyer. I told her that I was not interested in self serve option. There was no one in the store. Very poor encounter. Wow, never experienced this before here. What is going on?

Every time I come to this FedEx location I regret it. They are unhelpful and disorganized. It’s like they try not to work with you. I’ll drive over to the Fashion Island one to avoid this place.

I came here today to do a fax. I ask for help for it because I'm not very familiar with it. So one of the staff members came to help me with it and the person is a she. She was telling me how to do it, but not a good patient way, but in an annoyed frustration way. So if u gonna help someone who doesn't understand how to use it and come with that attitude, then don't help those people.

The Sliding Paper Trimmer needs to be replaced. The blade is not sharp and it doesn’t line up for straight cuts. It’s in bad shape.
