“My friend and I took a pole tricks and inverts class for all levels with Nina, and we really appreciate how kind and sweet Nina is. We were so impressed by how clear and concise her instructions and demonstrations are and by how attentive she is to her students. She took the time to go to each student to see how we were all doing. I really like how she explains the details of the steps, like which part of our bodies are going to be on the pole, where our leg should be, and etc. There is plenty of parking at the studio, and it is very clean as well!”

“I would like to share my experience for the services The Camp Transformation Center provides. This is a gym where you can leave your problems and stress behind and enter a world of laughter and enjoyment while doing your workout. This gym provides HIIT classes, each day of the week focusing on either upper body, lower body or full body. They also provide elite weight training with a smaller number of people. The place is always clean, neat and provide the necessary equipment to perform your exercises. The staff will always welcome you with a smile and positive vibes. I specifically would like to give a shout out to Luis, a trainer that came on board not long ago and has shown such commitment to provide the best motivation and extra push to his clients. The type of exercises included in his HIIT classes have been very unique with each being able to modify to low impact. I recommend you join! I personally have met my gains in just months!”

After touring with Cierra and speaking with the owner, Kat, I felt reassured. Kat understood my goals and concerns, ensuring the gym wouldn't push me too hard too quickly and would support my desire for a gradual lifestyle change. I had a free training session with Julie, who evaluated my strength, mobility, and balance. Feeling ready, I committed to twice-weekly sessions with her, which I've maintained for four months now.My Trainer:Julie is empathetic, knowledgeable, and patient. She adjusts workouts based on my health, which fluctuates. This understanding approach eased my fears of appearing uncommitted due to inconsistent energy levels. During a sinus infection, Julie adjusted the training to avoid overexertion, providing relief and a great workout. Her attention to form has significantly improved my strength, balance, stamina, and mobility. Julie pushes me to reach my potential while being mindful and kind. You're the best Julie! “My husband and I started working out at Shamba Way in June of 2022. We just moved in the area at that time. Coach Jake, the owner answered our call instantly and we started our free workout session with Coach Thomas the following day. We were impressed by the prompt response and getting us in right away! Since then, we’ve been coming consistently to the 5 AM class with Coach Yaremy and Coach Nick. All of the coaches are great, knowledgeable and inspiring! We love the support we get during the workout and in reaching our fitness goals. The best part of it is the community! Everyone influence each other to be better not just in our health and fitness journey but also in other areas of life! In addition, we like the fact that we can go to both Shamba Way or Shamba Vibe depending on our schedule or even just to do a “fun” weekend workout at Shamba Vibe. We are so grateful to be apart of this gym!”

“1yr 50+ lbs weight loss Transformative change in my life thanks to SRF ready fitness team. What started as a search to rehab a separated shoulder from surfing accident, turned into a comprehensive plan for achieving my health goals. When I met Paul I was stalled in my surfing journey despite surfing almost daily. At 53 old and new injuries and fatigue made surfing difficult. I struggled to get into better surfing shape. After an initial assessment Paul created a customized plan for my current state and future goals. Most importantly morning after morning 6am Paul was there for me. Great attitude and consistent encouragement. I can say he saw more in me than I was able to see in myself. He is patient, persistent, never condescending, and partners with you. My goal is to surf better as long as possible. Paul was careful to help me stay focused on that as a goal. His surf / balance / core strength workouts are unique and effective. His knowledge comes from 10+ years of experience training the highest level surfers. So he knows what to do. I don’t have to research tons of other people’s exercises, research nutrition, cobble my own regiment, and manually rotate that. Paul does all that for you, apnea, core, balance, pop ups.. while great for surfing, it is the best total body fitness program you can put yourself on whether you surf or not. They give an evaluation and initial trial run.. if you live near Costa Mesa it’s a no brainer to try it out. If you live further out he has virtual classes. Not many surf specific gyms in the world, and even fewer with a proven professional pedigree and surfers to back it up. Check SRF out… might change your life also.”

“This place has an abundance of equipment. There are plenty of squat racks (6 to be exact), 5 benches to bench on, plenty of weights to choose from, various equipment for both lower body and upper body, and this place is very clean. Another topic that should be discussed is the limited times there are for this fitness center. I should advise all that the fitness center will only allow students who signed up for the specific classes that offer the gym. Let me repeat, this is a class, not a public gym. Times are setup, how a class should be. The coaches are there to help you if you need any assistance on how to work a specific body part. Overall: 9/10”

I love the vibe, the way classes are set up, the personal connections you make with the coaches and classmates - there's a sense of order and kindness here that is welcoming. “I have been through this establishment for over a year now. I am very happy with the results. Although I did not diet or change my habits; the workouts have been visible to my friends and family. I was going to get an arm lift; several doctors advised against it; but with only 32 sessions, I have rebuilt my arms more firm and sporty muscular by attending 2 sessions per week. I love my trainer Kyle. She's always responsive to my texts. It never seems like a workout. It's always about what my plan? By the time I talk about my plan the sessions are over. Super easy and worth every penny. I signed up for another 32 sessions, because this time, i'm combining diet and extra walks for better results. I wish you had a closer location. I'd do the sessions everyday. 20 minutes ONLY!”

“I moved down to OC about a year ago and ran the gauntlet trying out cross training/ hyrox gyms to find the right fit and none of them came close to providing the holy trifecta of solid programming, great coaching, and friendly community that Shamba provides. Most local gyms are either extremely small, over crowded, or have members and coaches that are disinterested in new comers. Shamba welcomes members day 1 with open arms and provides great coaching for members at all levels in their fitness journeys. A huge gym with plenty of equipment & space. What more could you ask for? Can’t recommend it enough!”
