My family and I have been members of the 12 for over three years. It’ has a gym and HIT classes. It’s perfect for all fitness levels. The coaches are the best! Their enthusiasm motivates you to get the best work out! I have been to numerous gyms and by far this is one of the best.
Updated review here! Just finished the 6 week challenge and it was amazing! The resources offered, comradery of the members, and overall accountability was incredible. Also the trainers continue to be awesome! Been a member for going on 6 years I believe? I can't recommend this place enough!!
