Hoka Shoes are great but the Sales staff are unhelpful borderline rude compared to Road Runner stores. It's like going to any shoe store at this point there. Recommend going to Road Runner if you're serious about running shoes. They carry hoka and others

Abby was incredible. I've never had such great service from anyone in retail, period. This was such a great experience and I can say you have a customer for life!

Bad customer service. Sales people has no energy to help. One question one answer. They prefer chatting with co workers. I bought a couple if shoes at this store for the last couple of years. Customer service gone bad.
