The staff is extremely helpful, kind, pleasant, and friendly, possessing great knowledge of the products. They provide excellent customer service, informing customers of great deals and helping to create perfect, aromatically presented gifts. The experience is wonderful and highly recommended, though some note the prices are a tad high. The store manager is recognized for understanding the value of developing relationships. It is considered a must-visit spot.
