furniture warranty service that they offer - Worry no more" is worthless. Don't spend money on it. Those people just keep denying the claims for no reason. I am surprised Macy as a reputed company is hiring those useless people for warranty services. Not going to Macy's any more.

Although Macy's used to be my favorite store, today's experience with returning a suit was disappointing. Despite frequent visits, I encountered my worst experience yet. I bought a suit two days ago, trusting the size indicated on the hanger. However, upon trying it at home, I discovered the pants were two sizes larger than labeled. Despite explaining the situation, the staff, particularly the lady assisting me, was rude and refused the return without justification. I hadn't worn the suit, only tried the pants, which clearly didn't fit. Now, I'm stuck with a suit that doesn't fit until my waist size matches the misrepresented size. Regrettably, this incident marks the end of my patronage to Macy's. I urge for better training of staff, especially in customer service.

We were looking locked in their store last night when the power went out and no actual management was there .. There was not one person there except ""department" managers who had no idea about making any store management decisions. We were in the middle of a transaction when their registers locked and they were unable to decide what to do for over an HOUR later. Two young girls were in the bathroom and locked in there too. They were visibly upset also. I could write a book about what went wrong in their store. This incident occured on Friday night, May 3, 2024.
