We went to the restaurant but the bright lights in the dining room looked like a cafeteria and the service was non-existent, so we left.

This is where my Kia broke down. Then the next day or 2 it was in front of SJB on Baker down the street. Now waiting on an entire engine. They need to just replace the entire car. I lost my job because of KIA. ALSO Nordstrom was cool to walk around. Only to let me blow some steam off. Was kinda annoyed how some quality has changed! My family was once a huge Nordstrom family and made good money. Now most of us do charitable easy jobs.

Today, I went to exchange a sweater (The North Face) that I bought for my Dad for Christmas. Kendal who is the manager there, wouldn’t exchange it because I didn’t have a tag, however had my receipt. I asked to speak to her manager, she said “my manager is Adrienne Hixon and she’s not here, you are all I have. I felt like she was prejudice towards me, never experienced this type of attitude from an employee there. I went to another register and it was returned without a question. I felt very disrespected, humiliated and discriminated. I spend so much money here and I’m very disappointed with this location.

This is unacceptable they didn't even get this young man leaving the store or anything and I know how loss prevention works you're supposed to get them with the merchandise as they're leaving the store this gentleman was still on the premises and he's gentlemen came from another floor level to get this man the store and this company should be ashamed of themselves. Security is only to observe and report in this situation the only time security is supposed to get physical is when the perpetrator gets physical and only in self-defense. I will never go to this location with this type of behavior from this loss prevention I'm afraid I'm going to get tackled myself being an African American man. Reverend Jesse Jackson needs to be called on you guys.

Perfect customer service. Great people. Would not recommend any e commerce though. They use on-track delivery carrier. Look at on track reviews, and think twice. Package has spent 2 full days less than 3 miles from destination. Hasn’t moved. Will always shop in store here. Will never do any online.

Lost my credit card in this store. Luckily someone found it and handed it over to the lost and found desk. The girl who handled the handover process is super friendly and professional.

How is Nordstroms’s able to charge your credit card for same day curb side pick up, cancel the entire order 30 minutes before you arrive and not refund your card for 10 business days yet the very items you were charged for were still available for purchase at the very same store when you arrived but they insist you have to purchase it a second time if you want curb side pick up if you have an account but they can’t find your account? 4 hours of my time waisted. At the very least, why didn’t they reschedule the pick up for another date if the items were really out of stock (which they were not)? This is not the Nordstrom I used to know. Never again. They’ve lost my trust. If they are doing this intentionally it’s financial fraud because they are earning interest on the funds they charged by keeping it for 10 days. Nordstrom used to issue refunds within 24-48 hours. I would have literally had to spend over $400 on the same day for $200 in product if I went into the store to buy the things I ordered that were actually in stock, verified by an employee by phone. The customers that work through curb side pick up do so for a reason, it’s completely unreliable and I would never count on it again.

Do not order online! I had given up on Nordstrom’s because they had canceled so many of my online orders in the past. Today, I go in at 7:30pm for an online order pick up. This pick up was suppose to be available today. I arrive at the store at 7:30, waited in line for 15 minutes before I was even asked if I needed help. To get to the counter to find out that one of my four items had been canceled. This item was the most important item. I’m going to a Lakers game Friday, which made the Lakers shirt the most important item. I purchased shoes to match the shirt and the representative said that my items weren’t available. She said that she wasn’t sure if they would be available before closing. I’m so disappointed in Nordstrom’s. They canceled an item last minute per usual and none of my items were available on 11/9 as promised. Back to Macy’s I go. Macy’s knows their inventory, they always have what I order, on time, as promised. Nordstrom’s needs to jump on board. Nordstrom’s is terrible when it comes to their knowledge of which items they have within their inventory. Nordstrom’s should hire individuals that are qualified to do their job on time and accurately. They offer a refund for canceled items, which is common sense. It was be nice if they showed concern for the inconvenience of a canceled item. It would be appreciated if a gift card was offered or something of value for the inconvenience.

The customer service department is a joke. They're slow, unorganized and often times rude. The orde pick up is marked for only order pick up and not alterations. If uiu go to where it says alterations, they send you to order pick up and are quite snotty about it. Norstrom, stop hiring people that are rude to your customers and have look like they just woke up and rolled out of bed to come to work.
