Lost my credit card in this store. Luckily someone found it and handed it over to the lost and found desk. The girl who handled the handover process is super friendly and professional.

I always enjoy shopping at Nordstrom, such a wide variety of excellent quality products and the staff is always very pleasant! My thanks to the lady in the hand bag section who took care of all my needs! Such a lovely lady!
