I like to go to this Old Navy since it is closest to me. It is easy to place an order online and pick it up here. The people are kind. It can get busy every now and then. Overall, they have clothes for everyone.

poor spider :( i was in the back by the clearance section and saw a spider- i worked to get it out and it took me a minute but it wasn't a mean spider so i eventually got it outside of the store then a worker saw it and squished it:( super sad and cruel bc it was literally outside in nature where it lives and then they laughed about it. and like... they saw me take it outside and be careful not to hurt it? just super rude? nothing awful about the store i'm sure it was a long day for the employees but i still think it's super lame. just don't come in if you're a spider bc they'll squish you and laugh:/

I would give it a 5 star if they actually provided me a receipt. April was helpful so I reopened my account. However, Kathy at the register did not provide me a receipt. She didn’t even check if my email is correct and says she sent it to me by email. Long story short I didn’t get it. This review is directed to the Old Navy located in MetroPoint, South Coast Plaza. No bad experience with other Old Navy stores in all fairness . I had to call customer service twice to get a resolution which they said they will send me a price list of my transaction but not copy of my receipt. Lesson learned don’t trust the Cashier make sure you get your receipt. Seemed shady they don’t give you a receipt. Also the next day I called the store but they said the manager will call me back but she didn’t. She’s the one who said can’t give me a copy of my receipt once it’s ran it’s done. So warning make sure to ask and check your receipt to make sure you’re not getting a raw deal. Luckily for me I have good memory and remembered every item I purchased and the total charge on my card.

so i like old navy. i got a few of their summer dresses on sale. yess!! i go check out and its $75! wtf. kinda redic for 2 plain dresses and a halter top. they gave me these coupons. i generally dont go to old navy. maybe they upped theid pricing.

Found out that if an item is on sale online. They have to honor it at the store. Yeah you all probably knew that already, but thanks to a fellow customer, I know now too!Just paid less the $5.00 for a pair of pants!!

Awesome customer service! Bought some clothes online and brought them back to exchange them for a different size. Liz happily checked their system, found the correct size for me in store, and helped me order the correct size online for what wasn't available in store. She went above and beyond. Plus, she was so friendly. Thank you, Liz!!

I'm glad I checked my receipt and saw that I was charged twice for the same pair of jeans was this an error on the cashiers part don't know but will definitely be returning all this stuff for my money back and shop somewhere else Always check your receipts people.
