“Sunny Sunshine, my 21 yr old tripod, is getting dimensia and has a hard time sleeping through the night. With her Baileys, 600mg Calming CBD Oil, she sleeps soundly through the night. We ALL get a good nights sleep now. S.Sunshine is rested and has more energy during the day. Thanks Baileys.”

“My dog has always had a timid personality, nervous in situations with new places and new people ever since she was a puppy. As a senior she has become more restless and stressed at night, panting and pacing for hours aka cognitive symptoms of canine sundowners. She is 47 lbs, and very sensitive to CBD and hemp products. If the dose is too strong her panting worsens followed by drooling. We use Trilogy tincture. She gets a morning and and evening microdose. Since she is so sensitive I only use 8 drops, or 0.25ml either in her mouth or on a treat. I can tell the difference when we run out and time lapses - her nighttime stress gets so much worse. All Paws CBD is definitely effective for managing her symptoms!”

“I can't say enough good about this place. I bought backyard chickens here. When one was broody, Mike, the owner, contacted someone who had fertilized eggs, picked them up and gave them to me. He knows all his customers and goes out of his way to ensure he carries all we need.”

“Since my husband and I relocated to Newport Beach, we've loved coming in. The staff are always friendly and so helpful. I found this to be the case again today with Jack. After receiving a diagnosis from the vet to get my dog a more kidney friendly diet, I was fed to find some holistic supplements to help her as well. Jack was incredibly knowledgeable and provides great recommendations. We'll definitely keep coming back!”

“Great washroom! I went after the dog beach and it was great. I really liked how their hoses change from water to shampoo to conditioner. So much easier than using bottles. I mentioned how my pup and I stepped on tar and the person who helped gave me great advice. They said to use some sort of oil: coconut oil, etc. I looked it up and sure enough it said to use an oil based product. 10/10! Thank you! It also worked on my foot! I will be coming back.”

“Really wonderful store! I made my first pickup purchase and there was a little mixup with my order. The staff at Centinela did everything they could to make it right, working with my schedule and ensuring I went home with the right product. I'm so glad this store is local to us. A few new pet shops popping up nearby but this one is wonderful and they always have what I need in stock.”

“Jayden was absolutely wonderful! I didn’t have an account, so locating my original transaction was difficult, but she patiently searched through the dates, transaction amounts, and purchase records until she finally found it and processed my refund. She spent so much time helping me and never once made me feel like an inconvenience. She was incredibly kind, patient, and determined to resolve the issue and she completely turned around what had been a frustrating customer-service experience. Thank you, Jayden!”

“Love these bags! Wide opening and handles make these so easy to use when walking the dogs. Many other bags are missing the handles, harder to carry when 'used'....”

“Went here yesterday just to grab a dog harness and ended up walking out with a chameleon. Omar was fantastic in helping us! He was super patient even upon closing and took his time with us as we decided. Got to give props to this guy for his customer service. He's a huge asset to an already great place. There's a huge selection and pretty much covers anything you'd ever need for a pet.”
