“They are usually super nice and efficient. It was after Christmas so not as good as usual the one im reviewing is for Santa Ana on 17th. The Orange one by the mall was not very helpful and had a lot of attitude. I would not recommend that one...”

“This is definitely my go-to Petco, and I come here quite often to restock on my dog's favorite food. The store is consistently clean, well-stocked, and organized, making it easy to find exactly what I need. The only real downside is that they definitely need more cashiers on staff; the checkout lines can get pretty long, especially during peak hours. Overall, despite the wait at the register, I still really like coming here for my pet needs!”

My basket is always full of stuff and I always feel bad that there is a long line behind me and they are the only one at the register. No matter how long the line is Joey always remains super friendly, helpful and pleasant with everyone. Always a great shopping experience when Joey is there.”

“almost never have live plants but price of fish is really good compared to other stores. only problem I see with this place is the phone.. they never answer it so why have it but Danny is a good guy I like doing business when he's around”
