Maintenance issues include poor lighting, low water pressure in showers, and fluctuating water temperature, which can be uncomfortable. The hotel provides breakfast, which some guests found to be decent, though others felt it was not worth the walk to the lobby. Amenities like the pool are available, but towels may be hard to get. Some guests experienced inconveniences like ants, noise, and older decor. Despite these issues, many guests appreciate the location, cleanliness, and friendly staff, and would recommend staying here for a good, affordable stay near the beach.
Great location; takes about five or six minutes to get the PCH. Good prices, great breakfast. Room service is either every three days or when you request it. We stayed here based on location, pool, and breakfast. The location was great. The pool was closed (would not have stayed here if we had known that previously). Breakfast was great. Fresh fruit and juice, begals, muffins, toast, eggs, and sausage.

Good basic room for the money. People next door woke us up so that was a bummer.
