“The Crowne is a good hotel with clean rooms and an on site restaurant that is pretty good. You are within a 1/2 mile or less walk to dining and a large upscale mall. Nice and quiet for a hotel in CA near a freeway. Recommended by me.”
“Rooms were extremely outdated, but customer service truly made up for that. Cleanliness especially in the bathrooms could improve but overall a decent, safe place to stay even with children.”

“Front desk staff was quick to check us in.
Our room was clean with enough towels.
It was nice to get a newspaper, coffee, and snacks at the small market that is around corner from check in.
Breakfast the next morning is located across the parking lot.
Hot sausages, eggs, bacon, cereals, baked goods are available.
Staff was polite and items were replenished as needed.
It's a perfect location for attending the c fair for 2 days in a row!”

“Very nice accommodation. The rooms are clean, cleaned every day, with fresh towels. Air conditioning, a large TV, and Wi-Fi are, of course, included. The hotel has a beautiful pool and a hot tub.
It is located right by the main road. The beach is 10 minutes away by car.
I recommend it!!!”

“Eight months later, I’m still thinking about the incredible service.
I’m writing this review a bit late, but I couldn't let Coby’s hard work go unrecognized. Our stay last July started with a bit of a nightmare. A room mix-up that resulted in us almost walking into an occupied suite. As parents traveling with a four-year-old, we were exhausted and just wanted a smooth check-in for our daughter's nap.
The technical fix took about an hour, but Coby, our bellman, made that hour fly by. He didn't just stand there. He took care of us. He made sure we were comfortable waiting, kept us refreshed, and immediately stepped into a concierge role by helping us plan our days with local tips.
Oftentimes, the work of a bell boy is taken for granted, but Coby’s hospitality remains unmatched by any other hotel we’ve visited since. He turned a potential disaster into a heartfelt experience. Thanks Coby, I hope you’re doing well!”

“I had an excellent stay at Motel 6, and a huge part of that was because of the manager, Eddie. He was incredibly professional, friendly, and always quick to get things taken care of. It’s rare to find someone who genuinely cares about the guests’ experience, but Eddie goes above and beyond to make sure everything runs smoothly.
The property was very clean and well-maintained, and you can tell that high standards are a priority here. Any questions or concerns were handled promptly and with a great attitude. The staff was welcoming, and the overall atmosphere made me feel comfortable and appreciated as a guest.
If you’re looking for a Motel 6 with outstanding customer service, cleanliness, and a manager who truly takes pride in his work, this is the place. Eddie and his team deserve recognition for the amazing job they do. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone traveling through the area.”
“Love this place, reasonable prices and clean & quiet.I posted that a while back and we are here again for 3 days, it's always a wonderful place to stay. Always our 1st choice when home.Rooms: Good size...Nearby activities: A bit of everything for everyone...Safety: Lock your car and make sure you don't leave your doors open...Walkability: Close to alot of places to eat, shop and drink... it's Costa Mesa for christ sake people.Food & drinks: Various varieties to choose from... there's a diverse selection.Noteworthy details: It's a very nice place to visit or stay when you're in town and to be honest... it's more reasonable than any other place around. It's clean, the rooms are better than good size, it's close to shopping and entertainment, there are good bars and various restaurants to choose from that are within a short walking distance and it's quite. What else can you ask for... Really. ??”

I don’t used the pool I just rest it’s not a resort , Good deal ! Great location”

“Great location; takes about five or six minutes to get the PCH. Good prices, great breakfast. Room service is either every three days or when you request it. Current remodeling on a few rooms at a time. Ramada accepts dogs. Gary, the manager is outstanding. He is always available if you need help. Definitely recommend this establishment.”

“Staff was excellent, friendly, and helpful. The room and linens were very clean. The chamber maids did a great job. Only minor issues were wires sticking out from behind the TV and the fire detection alarm unit was missing. The freeway is just outside so the sound of that starts early in the morning if that bothers you ask for a room opposite that side. Continental breakfast includes a diy waffle station.”

“Really enjoyed this hotel! The pool and hot tub were great and we were able to leave our luggage with the front desk while we waited for our later flight out. Best part was the shuttle service. They would drive you anywhere within a 3 mile radius from the hotel for free. We would hit up restaurants and coffee shops and airport of course. John was our main shuttle guy and he was absolutely the best! 5 stars for him!”
