Do not ship animals through this facility they toss our animals around made me cry to see how they toss pups around unbelievable the staff is rude and unprofessional!!!! My pup was sick for days after picking him up he was unable to walk like uf he was sore !!!!! Please investigate this place before shipping anything.

Blame the low rating on the evening crew. Just too slow. Not trying to be mean, but I can't emphasize enough how slow they are. Sometimes it's seem like they don't know what they are doing. It seems very disorganized.

Had to place a doggie on plane for wisconsin. Employee that opened the spot was 2 or more hours late. But she and the rest of the employees were very helpful and apologetic. Great service.
