“I want to like this thrift store because I often find one or two good things here but it’s frustrating that there is no organization on the clothing racks. Nothing is by size, so you have to look at each individual item to check the size if you like the style. I’m a busy mom and want to come and look for stuff for my son or myself or my husband and it usually just takes too long. The staff are usually just there to socialize with each other. But I still keep coming back…”

“When I walked into the store this nice lady greeted me as soon as I entered store with a smile and it made me feel welcomed. As I was shopping I noticed she was working real hard to keep the store clean and help others while doing so. So before leaving I had to ask her for her name and she said it was Joanna, I thanked her for her kindness and left. When store hire people like that with great enthusiasm and great work ethics it makes going to these stores a better experience.

The consignment store has amazing prices on collectible craftsmanship furnishings and beautiful housewares. More importantly the volunteer’s work is charitable benefitting children and families in need. “Every time I stop at The Lab Anti Mall in Costa Mesa I stop at the Buffalo Exchange & always find wonderful treasures. From the items they buy for the store to the employees, especially Madin, who is always pleasant & patient as I tend to ask lots of questions. I appreciate great customer service which is rare these days. Parking is still a challenge but always worth the trip.”

“BEST Salvation Army EVER. Yes they have fun treasures but it's really the staff that is top notch. Cassy and Jose are fantastic. They always have a smile on their face. And then Dave is just exceptional. He is so helpful, hard working, quick, knowledgeable, friendly and funny. I appreciate them all SO much. It's like the Salvation Army version of Cheers. :)”
