Very wide experience even up to motor coaches. This is the real one on Placentia. Others may use the name but this is the guy.”

“These guys were awesome! I blew a tire on the freeway on the way to work this morning. Stopped by here on my lunch to just get a used tire but they pointed out to me how bad all if my other tires were. They gave me an excellent price and I got four new tires put on. I was in and out of there in less than twenty minutes. The big plus is that they have two resident cats who kept me company while I was waiting.”

It was a quick turn around at a good price with clear communication so that's really all one can ask for.The diagnostic investigation was cheap to get an estimate. Called me back in under 2hrs with an update that they found the leak/broken part. Provided me the quote over the phone with the exact price for everything all in (Diagnostic fee, parts, labor, install, with fluids topped off). They completed it all the same day and paid exactly what was quoted. Car no longer leaks and they stand behind their work for 2 years with a warranty.”

“Can’t Say enough about this Pep Boys crew. While traveling on vacation with a Hertz Rental we got a bad flat tire. Taylor was super helpful and awesome to swap it out even though they were closing for the night.
