Love this dual T.J. Maxx and HomeGoods location! It's huge, well-organized, and the 'Runway' designer section is top-tier. Best spot in Costa Mesa for high-end finds and home decor at a discount. Parking is busy, but the inventory makes it worth it.

Came in for a simple picture frame and was absolutely blown away. This location is exceptionally clean and well-ordered; it offers the best shopping environment of any TJ Maxx and HomeGoods in California to date. It feels more like a 'happy store' than a discount store.
