“South coast plaza location. Easy to access with parking around the building and a main entrance to the mall. Women’s clothing section had some nice spring items with lighter fabrics and colors. The lady who assisted me with the dressing room was very attentive and friendly, Linda. Enjoy getting Nordy club points. They had a special if you signed up for and qualified for a Nordstrom card you could get $40 off (March 2024).”

“FABULOUS DELIVERY ! My wife and I bought a Kluft Signature Prestige Medium Firm Mattress with Split Box Spring foundation plus a bunch of linen at this store recently....top sales associate Said Parast took good care of us. White Glove Delivery was arranged for Tues, March 12th between 11.15am & 1.15pm. The delivery guys were great and sent us periodic update messages as they got closer to our address in Irvine. They arrived just after 1.15pm and got stuck into manhandling the huge King Size mattress and 2 x box spring bases up our staircase. Somehow the 3 of them....Juan, Jose and Eli moved the huge mattress up the stairs and into our bedroom without damaging a single thing. They moved our current Tempur-Pedic mattress with it's adjustable base into the guest bedroom and took away our old guest bedroom mattress set. The guys were completely done and dusted before 2pm. OUR NEW BED LOOKS GREAT ! NOTE - Of course with 20 million views of my Yelp reviews and pics world wide in 2023 I can tell you what is great !”

“This is the plaza that used to have a large Kmart store. The Kmart store closed and it was replaced by the amazing ATHOME store that is amazing ! It’s like IKEA meets home goods and other decor stores. The diversity of items is amazing and at very low prices. The best place to buy patio and indoor furniture. The variety of rugs is great. It’s the best price for. plant pots.There’s lots of restaurants, donut places, Mexican food, swim club, gyms, etc.Parking is very easy.Enjoy your visit.”

“The night before Christmas Eve we were trying to pick up our order plus purchase some last minute Christmas presents. Andy the cashier told us he was new, and was just trained on the cash register. We had some technical difficulties , but Andy was so patient and customer service oriented despite it being past midnight. It's service like that right before the holidays that make your last minute Christmas shopping that much more pleasant. Andy was very professional, helpful, and kind. We just wanted to give him some recognition”
