I can not say enough about how fantastic my experience has been throughout the 8+ years I have been renting here. I've upsized, downsized, added extra units when I've needed to. I've rented U-boxes, Uhaul trucks of various sizes, when necessary for my changing needs. They make it easy to do for everything you might need. Transactions are easy and efficient always. They have plenty of self serve options on their App to make transactions anytime that's convenient for your schedule. “The customer service at this location is terrible, the pricing is also not very good and the truth is the equipment is dirty but the fact is that is how it always has been. If you ask me U-Haul is a very challenging business to run. Could you imagine dealing with customers while they are in between homes. The fact that they're doing business with U-Haul is a sign that they are not able to afford a real moving company. I watched the customer service person deal with a person that damaged a truck. They were claiming that the damaged was already there and it was obvious to me that it was a fresh dent. The yellow paint from the yellow poll the guy hit was literally rubbing off the side of the rig. The reason for the five stars is because the people that work at this particular location are working really hard. Yes I think they need better management, yes the customer service people need to change our attitudes and yes I wish U-Haul would do something about the ridiculous pricing but the fact is that this type of business is negativity every single day so you have to almost feel sorry for the people that work here. Next time I will shop around more, I will look at their competitors and I will also make a reservation much more in advance if I have the opportunity because people are leaving California more than ever and U-Haul is busy like never before. Then you add to the fire the fact that employees don't wanna work, the governor keeps giving everybody money and you end up with what we have. A place that offers a service that we absolutely need but unfortunately has created policies and procedures that are challenging and difficult because the client is also challenging and difficult. That's my opinion anyways.”

When there was a complication with one of the dolly's they offered us something else for the trouble! Renting a 20' Uhaul is no easy task, but she helped us through start to finish! “Moving college students in and out of apartments every year for summer months is a necessary evil and a tedious and exhausting exercise in patience and pockets. Last year we opted to rent a storage unit which was conveniently located right next to Uhaul’s rental location where we were able to pick up and drop off the truck within walking distance of one another.
We ran into a few technical issues related to security access points but Their employee Anona was very quick to walk immediately over to assist us.
Checking in and out and monthly payments made every part of the process very seamless and convenient and when we finally moved out last week, Anona once again Was incredibly helpful.
We moved out on the day of our monthly billing cycle which she was all too happy to speak with her manager about to ensure timely reimbursement.
Our storage unit was clean, and my only complaint is the inconvenience of lugging to a second floor location. However, they have lift elevators and provide plenty of assorted dollies for their clients on site in a rattly accessible and locked closet. Felt like our belongings were safely secured with four layers of protection From entry into the site to access to the second floor, and elevators and including of course, security cameras.
I highly recommend not only the company, but this particular location in particular.
I also recommend downloading the app for added ease where most questions and all reservations an account access can be made.

“The experience I had at this location vastly differed from other reviewer posts. We rented a one way cargo van from them and from the beginning, they were very accommodating to both my mom and I. Van was clean, comfortable and topped off, exactly what we reserved. We had an extra charge that was immediately refunded once notified. ALL staff members were friendly and super patient with us. A+ and Thank You!”
