“Ari was super accommodating, kind, and personable. I was able to get the specific (special) truck I needed sent to this location from another, saving lots of time (with no additional charge). Miles better than U-haul, and the price was nearly the same (per mile it's also very similar). Going to be using them for my moving needs from now on, my last U-haul had over 300k miles and sounded as if it were going to fall apart, this truck was one of the newer models and had only 6k miles on it, but the whole fleet looked clean and well maintained (and have driver assist functions).”

“Probably the cleanest storage facility I’ve ever been to! The ladies who run it take real pride in the cleanliness, safety, and appearance of the facility. They have climate-controlled units and a great variety of sizes. Highly recommend checking them out if you need quality storage!”

“I wanted to leave a review just because of their outstanding customer service! I rented a U-Haul and the check in process was super easy. I got my return time mixed up and ended up dropping it off an hour later than what was supposed to. The man at the front desk who helped check me in was so so kind and understanding. He made me feel so at ease for the honest mess up and it’s just so refreshing to be treated so well!! Can’t recommend this place enough!!”

Honestly it would have been sooner, but he took his time to patiently walk me through a few problems I was having. He fully explained their policies regarding rentals and took the tome to answer all my questions thoroughly.The car was clean and well maintained.Returning the rental was just as easy as renting it. As I had purchased an extra day which I didn't eventually use, I had to be reimbursed. “Another great experience with U-Save. I was lucky to work with Araceli (she was lovely last time as well). She was kind, efficient, and made sure I got the car type that I requested. The cars that U-Save provides are clean, drive well and well taken care of. They're also super easy to get to from the airport. If you're able to walk or being pushed in a wheelchair, they're only 5 minutes from the airport if you cut through the parking garage on the lower level.”

“Penske Perfect as usual! The lady and gentleman at the service desk, remembered me the first time I was there a year ago.! They Helped me right away and had me laughing way too early in the morning. Lol and every person in the shop I walked passed,put off a very positive vibe. The tech in the shop was very prompt in addressing a concern I had with a truck, and volunteered extra time to explain. And the gentleman from the service desk even came out and verified all my indicator lights were working on the truck. I have yet to have anything, other than positive experiences at penske!”

“I thought the customer service here was great. I required several accommodations with my initial order, and extended it from initial one day rental to a 7 days total, on the truck rental. Every person I talked to, was courteous, considerate and made every effort to accommodate my needs, every time I extended my rental. The rates were fair and reasonable, and I brought the truck back clean, with the tank full, and there were no surprise charges. I'm totally satisfied with my experience. Thank You.”
“My husband and I got here super late, we needed to get a rental van. Chris the staff at the location was super helpful and understanding. He didn’t make us feel bad for walking in 5mins before they closed. The process was fast and it was affordable as usual with Uhual (we only needed to go a few miles from a local HomeDepot). The place was clean and very organized. Chris thanks again. I’m literally in the car (Hubby is in the rental truck) writing this review, because it took about 5mins to get everything done.
