Horrible costumer service. I Took my elderly mom down get her a new phone set up and they couldn’t do it and sent me over to another Verizon store and they also made us wait an hour. From now on I’m just doing everything online with Verizon stores are horrible.

The manager is patient and helpful. Phone stuff is complicated and time consuming though- not the store’s fault!

Vanna was amazing. I needed my phone to be replaced before work and she was calm and kind and took care of everything within a hour. Ty for the good care and customer service.

I’m extremely disappointed with the way my elderly family member was treated today by Vanna K. She went into the store seeking guidance on which charger to buy for her phone, trusting that going directly to the place where she purchased the device would ensure she got the right help.
Instead, she was sold the wrong charger and not just any charger, but the most expensive one available, leaving her with a $90 bill for something she didn’t need. This interaction shows a clear lack of care for the customer’s actual needs and a greater interest in simply making a sale.
It’s deeply frustrating to see someone take advantage of a trusting senior this way. This behavior is unacceptable and will be formally reported.
