This is NOT a Verizon store. Don't come here and expect to get help with your Verizon phone. I was told to go to the Verizon store on Harbor. Why does your sign say Verizon? Also store employee was kind of rude about it. Almost like I should have known that.

Diego and his colleague were very professional and knowledgeable. I was appreciative of the time they took to explain the details of my new phone and service plan even if it meant staying open later for me. I will certainly be coming back to this Verizon just for them. Thanks again gentlemen!

Went in this afternoon. I was not looking to buy right now, but I had a few questions. Joshua was so very helpful, answered all my questions and there was no "hard sell" at all. A very pleasant experience and I will not hesitate to return in the future
