worse customer service by Bryan , Anne, so far, I can not get a single person to help me with the repair of a dress, I am not asking for free or replacement I want to pay to repair the dress but customer service does not exist in this store. I ordered this bag from Versace directly. The craftsman ship on this bag was horrific! How dare your company call it's self high end only using the highest of quality??!!! Had the bag literally 2 days and it fell apart. Michael kors has acquired the brand and clearly quality is not longer part of Versace's good name. The new j c holding company who own the two brands clearly takes advantage of its clients. The customer service was horrific! Absolutely no resolution because I wasn't famous enough or rich enough to care about! That's ok you don't know how much is in my account nor do you know the businesses I own. All I can say is STAY AWAY! Versace is not what it once was! Quality is horrendous and the way customer service treats people is unacceptable: I will never purchase again and I highly recommend you find another designer. Do better Michael Kors and JC holdings. DO BETTER!

I went shopping for a Christmas gift last week 12/16 , Karina “helped me out” I wanted some heels and they didn’t have the size I was looking for (it said online they DID HAVE IT) they did not, she said if I purchased them they would arrive the next day 12/17 latest Monday 12/19 I did purchase them but it is now 12/23 and they have not arrived I’ve called twice and been told she will call me back SHE HASNT CALLED ME BACK ONCE. Absolutely horrible customer service. I could have ordered them online if I knew it would take this long to hear back from someone. Will never shop in store again, the looks you get from these people are horrible , they don’t even greet you! I had to ask for help.

This boutique is very nice and clean! The personnel are all friendly. I really love Ann Marie. She is truly the best and gives the best service! She always goes out of her way and always has customers best interest in mind. I will go out of my way to purchase at this particular store, because she is THAT good.

The WORST customer service ever. Rude and unprofessional. Didn’t even bother to greet us or people who come before or after us. Staff stood there and stared at customers, continued with their gossips as we all wander around the store. The doormen were so kind and sweet, I thought that they should have been the salespeople because they deserved all the commissions. Will never come back to this store.
