Dropped my purse off on 11/26/23 to have a broken chain fixed. It's now two months later and no one will call me back. Every time I call, they tell me someone will call me back. Pretty ridiculous customer service.

This boutique is very nice and clean! The personnel are all friendly. I really love Ann Marie. She is truly the best and gives the best service! She always goes out of her way and always has customers best interest in mind. I will go out of my way to purchase at this particular store, because she is THAT good.
