“I have been a customer at the Omega Boutique at South Coast Plaza for a few years. I'm a little embarrassed it took me this long to post a review, but it's been on my mind lately. So it's time for a story...
Firstly, I visited both Omega and Rolex boutiques in 2021 to decide which brand to go with. My experience at Rolex was awful; they had this attitude of "elitist" and were too good/busy to talk to new customers. It was very off-putting and not what I was expecting at all.
Omega was the complete opposite. At the time, Lee was the one who greeted my brother and I, and he was so down-to-earth, friendly, passionate, and knowledgeable. My brother wanted a 007 NTTD, so Lee kindly let us see one. Before we left, we got his contact info, and he even gifted us some Omega magazines. I can't even describe the stark contrast between how we were treated at Rolex vs Omega. When I was ready to buy my first luxury piece, I remembered Lee and how special my initial walk-in experience was at Omega; I couldn't go with any other boutique.
Fast forward, and I've been a customer of this boutique for almost 3 years and purchased five watches from them. Lee is no longer a sales rep at this boutique, but he occasionally stops in. Now, when I buy pieces or stop by, I get the pleasure of talking with Tina; she is lovely, knowledgeable, passionate, and friendly. Without Tina I would not have my dream watch! Thank you for everything TINA!
Overall, there are amazing people at this boutique. If you want to become a lifelong Omega customer, I recommend visiting this boutique since they treat you like family.

“I have literally been here more times than I can count. Each and every time, Vanessa, the ultimate homegirl, always takes phenomenal care of me. My friends and I have all been helped by Vanessa and we've gotten both men's and women's pieces, probably about 5 pieces in the span of 1.5 years. We love her! The service is exceptional. Vanessa is so kind and patient, and the best listener ever. She will never rush you and will give you the whole 9 yards. The store is sleek and clean, with an extensive selection of jewelry from every collection. We get our jewelry engraved and cleaned here regularly. Prices are reasonable and there really is something for everyone. Champagne, sparkling water, still, whatever you want, they got it.”

They provided a significant discount on the washer repair. Thank you.I've been waiting for 4 months to receive my Hublot Flyback from repairs without any updates. This was my first watch purchase made 10 years ago as I was finishing training and has special value to me, and I just want it back now. I'm only leaving a couple stars because the storefront is pretty cool, but I've had to go in twice to ask and are unfortunately unhelpful with providing more clarity on the status or if they can even get it back on notice.”

“I am so pleased with my first Cartier experience at South Coast Plaza with Lois! Firstly I was warmly greeted by Luis and team. Lois was with a client and I did not make an appointment, but Luis took care of me in the meantime and asked me what I wanted to see. I had done my research beforehand and seen the two tone Panthère watch at another store, but decided I was more
interested in just the silver. I quickly made my decision and by that time, Lois was able to take over. They offered us beverages and delicious champagne while they helped me register and size my watch. Lois was so sweet and truly happy for me as I shared the experience with my mom ? She took so many nice pictures of us and we got some extra bags of goodies like Cartier champagne, chocolates and fragrances ? I am so pleased with my experience at this Cartier. I’ve had poor experiences at other luxury jewelry stores and I can say with certainty that the SA makes all the difference. They can make or break the moment and influence whether or not the client will buy. I’ve been to other places that sold Cartier and never pulled the trigger due to client service (or lack of it). I made the 1.5 hour drive just to see Lois and it was worth it. Lois is an asset to Cartier and I’m sure she has many loyal happy clients bc of her professional, humble, and sweet personality. If you have a special occasion or want your loved one to have a magical Cartier experience, look for Lois!”

He asked what I had in mind and went with it and pulled all kinds of styles. Same thing for shoes. This location had a great selection. Austin is also super responsive and I was able to set up an appointment therefore I didn't have to wait. Next time I'm in town I will definitely be back with him.
