They also cleaned my daughter’s car, which had several large stains on the seats from friends of hers, spilling stuff. “If you are like me and are picky about who to trust working on your car, I highly recommend The Body Shop! They came highly recommended to me by a trusted friend, so I brought my Honda S2000 to Manny take a look at the damage. Manny was incredibly friendly/helpful, looked over my car, and took the time to review my options with me. Due to his friendliness and professionalism, I felt comfortable letting Manny and his team work on my car, and they did not disappoint! They repaired and repainted (factory color-matched) my front fenders and rear quarter panels (damage from previous owner due to poor wheel/tire clearance) and, while they were at it, rolled all the fenders flat for better wheel/tire clearance moving forward. I was amazed that they were able to get the fenders/quarter panels back to looking the way they should, while flat folding/rolling them to prevent the damage from happening again. The whole team was communicative and super friendly every step of the way and they did all this great work for an incredibly reasonable price. I'm definitely coming back to them for any future work and recommending them to my friends and family.”

“I can't say enough good things about Randy Hansen Auto Body. I reached out to them in 2025 to get a quote for repainting my 91 f250 as the paint was peeling and there was some surface rust on the roof and hood. They did an estimate in no time and updated it when I wanted to know what the full truck would cost and told me to order trim and mouldings to help keep my cost down. When I dropped the truck off, Randy and Hunter showed me some of their other projects and assured me the truck would be taken care of which was a big relief. The first time I got the truck back, my drivers door wasn't closing correctly, so they had me come by to adjust it. They are so knowledgeable and would call if anything came up to have me come by to look or to show me their concerns. Everyone at the shop wanted to make sure that the truck stayed in tip top shape once it was finished and Randy was always happy to connect me with people about ceramic coating or good products to use for waxing. The truck looks brand new and I couldn't be happier.”

“I’m not sure I can say enough good things about Charlene and the entire team at Shotwell’s Autobody. My brand-new SUV was badly damaged in a rear-end collision, and from the very beginning Charlene went above and beyond to help me through what has been an incredibly frustrating and disappointing experience. She was kind, compassionate, incredibly responsive, and always seemed to be one step ahead of whatever needed to happen next. Most importantly, she made me feel like I had someone in my corner throughout the entire process. As it turns out, Shotwell’s may never even have the opportunity to repair my vehicle. Because of the extent of the damage, it is now being moved to the salvage yard for further evaluation and will likely be declared a total loss. But from the day my SUV arrived at Shotwell’s until the day it was picked up, Charlene and her team could not have been more helpful. Charlene kept me informed, answered my questions, helped me understand what was happening at every step, and genuinely cared about making a difficult situation easier. And all of this knowing that Shotwell’s might ultimately never perform the repair. To me, that says an enormous amount about Charlene, her team, and the way Shotwell’s does business. Great customer service is easy to talk about. It’s something else entirely when people demonstrate it when there may be nothing in it for them. Charlene and her team did exactly that. While I certainly hope I don’t need an auto body shop again anytime soon, I know exactly where I would go. I would recommend Charlene and the team at Shotwell’s Autobody without hesitation.
