He cleaned the interior so well that it appeared new, factory-level new. The leather conditioning was an added bonus. John answered all of my questions with candor and patience. I value his honesty, which is why I am a returning customer.After leasing a new car for my business, I first called John for his ceramic coating service. He connected me with another local business for paint protection film (PPF). John coordinated his work with the PPF installer (Yo, JC!), keeping me updated at key stages during the overall process. The results are phenomenal.My daughter's truck will return to John's shop for a proper ceramic coating soon. After experiencing the difference between John's work and that of the dealership, I clearly overpaid for the latter.So, if you are considering detailing your car or truck, then I cannot recommend Regenix Detailing enough. When you are considering a new car purchase, I suggest adding ceramic coating (and PPF) to your budget AND highly suggest calling John. Avoid whatever the car dealer offers. Choose Regenix Detailing instead, and you will not be disappointed.”

“My husband was an autobody repair tech for over 15 years so he is very particular about where our vehicles go for repair. Quality is the most important thing we look for in a shop which is the reason we went to Cline. We know the quality of the work will be the best available in Sonoma County. The employees are well experienced and know what they're doing. My car had to have a new bumper after I was rear ended. I received three estimates even though I knew I would end up at Cline, but it's important to note that all 3 estimates came in within 10% of each other. Dropped off my car on Monday and it was ready by Thursday. Cline helped arrange the rental car as well. My car looks absolutely perfect now. They even washed and cleaned it for me. Even my super critical husband could not find any flaws in the work completed. We are so happy with the decision to go to Cline. I highly recommend this shop for anyone with auto body repairs from small to large jobs.”

“I think this is one of the best experiences I've ever had with a business ever. I came in a couple weeks ago for a estimate on a dent I had in my car. Guy looked it over in less then 3 minutes gave me a quote of $150 and we scheduled the appointment for a couple weeks in the future. Fast forward my appointment day arrives- I drop my car off at 9 am and it's ready by 11:30 am. Looks like I never had a dent in my car. Fast service, solid pricing and I got to say the staff is the friendliest group of people ever. I enjoyed interacting with each and every one of them. Also- the inside of the shop is so cool. Such a retro fun look with the old school themed interior. I felt so excited to be there. I can tell the owner loves cars with how he runs this place. “A friend has a 16-yaer old Toyota SUV in excellent mechanical condition that performs very well. Unfortunately, it recently suffered three separate mishaps that resulted in obvious body damage to both sides, the rear bumper and rear door. Not wanting to spend twice the value of the vehicle to repair it, as was quoted by several local body shops, my friend asked for a recommendation for a facility that would 'work' within her cost parameters. Lazzini's Auto Body performed work for me on two previous occasions when my vehicle was damaged in a couple of hit-an-run incidents. I was very pleased with the repair work they did, so it was an easy ask.Ricky remembered me from the previous experiences. When I explained the situation, he was able to suggest an affordable restorative repair approach that fell within my friend's budget. He also explained that, should an insurance settlement have been in play, there were alternate approaches possible at a much higher cost, but that it wasn't practical or necessary given that there was no frame damage. Ricky's recommendation was exactly what we were seeking. My friend also wanted the hood repainted due to peeling paint and Ricky was able to offer a great price to do that at the same time as the other work. It was agreed that we would leave the vehicle for a week, since some new parts were required that would have to be ordered. Given my past experience, I had no concern about the time required, knowing that Ricky's judgement was good.In the final phase, delivery of an ordered part was delayed, requiring an additional day to complete the job, which was fine. It wasn't Lizzini's fault. When we arrived the next day we discovered that, in addition to the agreed upon work, Ricky also had the technician repaint the roof and do some additional body painting and blending to improve the overall appearance.The rear door spare tire enclosure was repainted and the entire body was polished the entire body - even polished the headlight lenses. The vehicle had been completely washed and the interior was cleaned. In short, it gleamed. My friend's vehicle looked almost showroom new. The extra work was performed at no additional charge beyond what was originally agreed. To say the least, my friend was over the moon ecstatic. She said that, when she drove away from Lazzini's Auto Body, she felt like she did when she drove the then-new vehicle off the Toyota dealer's lot 16 years.I can highly recommend Lazzini's Auto Body and Ricky Rodriguez, its manager. Theirs is the kind of exemplary service you'd expect from a long-time, local Santa Rosa business owned and managed by your neighbors. Although they work out of a modest facility, don't let that deter you. Their work is top drawer and they pass along the savings afforded by their lower overhead to their customers. You'll find Lizzini's demeanor to always be friendly and helpful. You'll be treated like family and their work will be above and beyond what was agreed. “Everything was smooth from the start! Mr. Wayne, the manager, was there since day 1 when I decided to bring my car for estimate. He inspected my car, took pictures and even call for parts while I was still there at the office. Communication with Wayne was excellent. I brought my car in at my convenience (on the day I'm off from work) and everything went smoothly. I picked up the car the following week and they did an excellent job with my door replacement. Wayne even got my pre-existing damage (dents and scratches under the door) fixed with no charge! That is definitely going above and beyond for customer service!! I really appreciate what they did. “I am a low income senior and the co owner (I think his name is Edwardo) as well as Alejandra treated me with respect and consideration for the financial burden of fixing my 20 year old car. I asked them to quote a certain low price and they did that, and ended up only charging an extra $200 to replace the AC system, which I didn't realize was broken. I know that other places told me that the car was not worth fixing, or condescended to me because my am older, but not this place!”

“Ken did a phenomenal repair job on our travel trailer. You can’t even tell that the trailer was ever damaged. The entire rear wall of our trailer was damaged by a large pick up truck crashing into it. I was glad to find Ken’s RV Collision Repair in Santa Rosa to make the necessary repairs since this work is very specialized and not done by the average auto body shop. It took a while for the repairs to be completed but the end result was well worth the wait. Ken had another job he was completing and it also took time for the replacement parts to arrive.
