“Since becoming a grandma, I occasionally shop at this very nice store. It's a clean and well-organized shop with a variety of toys, gently used clothing, toddler stuff and nice new items too! The prices are fair, and the owner and other staff members are quite friendly. I hope more neighbors will stop in and explore this special shop too! It's worth the visit!”

“I have to keep myself away from downtown...or I'll find some reason to drop in - which can be pricey, but oh so worth it! From $5 dish towels, that I adore, to high dollar designer clothes (that luckily were marked half off!). I've bought a beautiful grey silk caftan/dress and this past Sunday, an eclectic Italian designer skirt that I couldn't NOT get! The clothes, both baby and women's alike, are so well made and unique. The random writing supplies and kitchen items are amazing too. Oh, and the leather bracelet I had to have too! Love love love this boutique!”

“I have been a loyal customer for almost 5 years now. I really love shopping at the petaluma outlets, its a 15-20 minute drive from my house, making it super convenient. This outlet mall and specifically this store has been my go-to mall for Christmas gifts, birthdays, and etc. I also really admired the customer service from this young lady, I forgot her name but she is a college student who attends SRJC and there was another lady who was pregnant who also provided exceptional customer service. “This is a great place to stock up on clothes and gifts as well! As a mom of three, I love that I can stock up on clothes for the whole season hear and not worry about the price! I love being able to sell here as well! My goal is to at least break even on what I sell and what I buy! But I do t feel bad when I go over. Spending $500 on clothes for all the kids doesn’t hurt when you have made that in selling back their gently used clothes! I also stock up on gifts, things for birthdays, and random prizes/rewards for the kids!”

“Great service! I was greeted right away when I walked in. The store is clean and organized and the prices are great too. The employees seem to genuinely like their job, they were happy and offered me help. I love their legging jeans and g-fit selection. I picked up a few clearance items because there were good quality shirts that were under $5. I spent more than I planned but the prices were too good. I also got a style cash coupon to come back. Then when I opened up a gap card, I got 20% off my entire purchase. I must have saved like $200. I will be back!!”

“The employees were very accepting of the stench that my blood bags left behind post ritual... I would recommend not bringing candles in for cult meetings as clothing is flammable and the fire alarms do in fact work. The manager kindly had a sacrificial goat on hand that had been living in the dressing room for 67 hours prior to my scheduled meeting and the black cat, Reginald, that lives in the cash register was respectful of the need for silence during our chants.”

“Ali and her crew (which is small right now) are so amazing! I feel like I'm hanging with an old friend when I go there. I wish we could swing by more often but we're in Marin. I travel to this location as opposed to anywhere near me solely because of the customer service I've received. In Marin, we were not well received but here, with open arms! Always fair in what they consign and we love the local sellers who have new stuff available for sale as well. My 2-year old wanted to ply with some of the toys while I sold and there was no problem. I value that because it makes for a stress free selling and shopping time. I always spend my credit when I return. See you soon!”
