I was using AAA’s DMV services. The application I was completing involved printing information from my medical provider via my phone. Maggie was my first patient helper. She walked me through steps on my phone to try and proceed with my issue. Suzanne Cole then spent 45 minutes trying to assist me until we both decided that I would need to pursue this further with my medical provider. I returned later that day with the correct paperwork and Chase Jacquez processed it all seamlessly. He was personable, pleasant and efficient as possible!
I know that I would NOT have had as pleasant an experience at the DMV!
