The AAA Santa Rosa Mendocino Avenue Branch offers fast, friendly, and knowledgeable service in a nice, clean, and comfortable office. Staff are described as pleasant, courteous, helpful, and wonderful, providing very good personal service. The branch is a significant time-saver for DMV-related services, with short wait times compared to the official DMV. It functions as a one-stop shop for TripTik® Travel Planners, passport photos, international driving permits, notary services, and more. While the service is consistently praised, the location is noted as poor due to a difficult parking lot entrance at a busy intersection.
