“When I walked to the door and met Christine. And started our conversation about my wife. Who has brain cancer. Who was sitting out in the car and needed a bracelet for a very special metal she had and for fixing or adding claps to a very special necklace. I knew immediately when she said she would just walk out to the car and measure what we needed. Once we talked about what was gonna happen. She went right out. Talk to my wife got the measurements came back in my wife was very comfortable with her. And we talk some more. I was told the special chocolates were for me. And I believed her. And we talked about growing up in Santa Rosa. She kept me well at ease told me everything would work out. And told me the date that everything would be ready. When I got the text days and days earlier than expected. And I drove down and picked up she waited on me again personally. I have made such a connection Because of her. To this jewelry shop. Which is much more than a jewelry shop. She assured me that if we needed some more claps or the length that she would just take care of it for my wife’s rest. Once I got home as my wife woke up and I put the bracelet on her wrist. Which she just loves. The joy in her face. And that the bracelet fits perfectly and has enough room to move around, but not fall off and not tangle. Less time of mine and my wife’s life and her brain cancer. Seeing her joy literally made me cry. So it conclusion. If ever we need more jewelry help for my three daughters who are older, but come back to Santa Rosa once in a while. And the one at home. Or if I ever decide to start wearing jewelry. I know where I’m going. There is no other Place. That I would go.

We’re now designing a custom engagement ring together, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience so far. The process has been transparent, collaborative, and exciting. Several members of my family have also purchased jewelry here, and they all share the same opinion: this place is exceptional.
What stood out to me the most was how the entire team treated me. I never felt like “just another sale.” They treated me with respect from the moment I walked in. I’m young and don’t exactly look like the stereotypical high-end jewelry buyer, but that never mattered to them. They cared about helping me make the right decision, not just making a sale.

“This store is such a gem! They pull together beautiful gift baskets using fun tin buckets filled with unique, locally created items. Perfect for something thoughtful and different. Most of their stock is geared toward women, but when I needed a gift for our CFO who is a man, they were super flexible and let me incorporate items I’d picked up elsewhere. The finished package looked amazing, and the best part, it was easy to walk it right next door to FedEx for shipping. A great option for truly special gifts!”
“They pierced my daughter’s ears and it was as quick and painless as it possibly could have been! She is 5 years old and I was more nervous than she was! Katie and Mel did the piercing and they were both extremely kind and professional and make my daughter and I feel so great the entire time! Ask for them by name!”

“We didn't buy anything but we got in a hit and run and happened to pull directly in front of their store.
After the cops came we were trying to see how we would drive home (half the bumper was hanging off) a woman and a guy came out with duct tape and scissors and helped us put our bumper back on.
I thanked the guy so much and told him to tell the woman when he sees her. I don't know who these strangers are. But I thank them so much.”

In a world that is constantly changing and adjusting to trends, it was the most relieving feeling to walk into Heebe Jeebe and see it be the same. Yes some things have been moved and or completely removed. But it’s still the same store I remember from my teens. Champion looked SOOO GOOD!
I will say, I believe the art gallery displaying local artists every month is something that should be brought back. Just a thought 😉
But thank you for being a true small business staple in our beautiful Petaluma.
I don’t live there anymore, which is why it was so bittersweet to walk downtown and no longer recognize the shops.

“I brought my grandpa’s 1940s diamond ring in to be sized after being referred to Timothy by another jeweler I trust. He did excellent work—resized, serviced, cleaned and polished; the ring looks new. I couldn’t be more pleased. He’s also got a wide selection of jewelry in a beautiful space.”
“This shop is a must visit treasure in downtown Petaluma. They have unique gifts and decor as well as their own signature products, Bohemian Botanicals, which all smell amazing. I love that the scents are non-toxic, free of parabens etc.
They also offer candle making classes where you can create your own custom fragrance with the help of trained experts. The classes a great way to have a bridal or baby shower, birthday party or team building event. You can even bring in your cake and other snacks or drinks. The space is beautiful and the friendly staff will make you feel at home.”
