“Had a vibration in my 2016 f150 at 138k miles. Ford and Tranco were both happy to sell me a rebuilt transmission at $9k. They charged a diagnostic fee. After 3 people recommended Santa Rosa hydromatic, I spoke with steve who said to come by and he wouldn’t charge me for going for a drive and getting his opinion. A little trust earned. He recommended a transmission service and said the service may not resolve all of the vibrations but it would last at least a year. More honesty. I scheduled the service and every bit of vibration is gone. This is everything you want from a business and so rarely find. I will never go anywhere else.”
