“A few months ago, I was involved in a car accident that wasn’t my fault. It was my first time ever dealing with something like this, so I had no idea what to expect. I was referred to Carl’s Auto Body, and from the moment I walked in, they made the entire process feel so much less overwhelming.
We ran into a few insurance issues that took some time to sort out before my car could be repaired, but they were incredibly communicative throughout the entire process. They kept me informed every step of the way, answered all of my questions, and reassured me that everything would be taken care of which it was.
Once everything was approved, the repair process was seamless. Their customer service, professionalism, and attention to detail truly exceeded my expectations. You can tell they genuinely care about their customers and take pride in their work.
If you’re looking for an honest, reliable, family-owned auto body shop, I can’t recommend Carl’s Auto Body enough. After this experience, I won’t take my car anywhere else!”

Steve has been servicing my wife’s previous and present BMWs for about 20 years. He knows what he is doing with respect to BMWs and provides her with information about what the issues were with her car and what he did to address the issues.”

“I have used them in the past and have never been disappointed. I tried my luck without an appointment for a smog on my personal vehicle. Went in they accommodated me in a timely fashion. The office lady was very kind and kept me aware of the time it would take. I was in and out of there with my certificate in under 45 minutes. Quick and efficient - no trying to upsell which was nice. Parking is a little hard to come by some days as they are a small shop out of many businesses at this location.”
