Our company purchased a work truck from Covina Hills Chevrolet and it seems that we were given a lemon. The truck started giving us problems since the second week we bought it. We made several complains and slowly they started fixing the issues, but for being a brand new truck it should have not had so many problems, we bought the truck on 12/2022 and till this day it has been nothing but issues with our work truck. We took it back in April 2024 for the remaining of the issues to be taken care of and as of 9/05/2024 we still have not received our truck back and they have stopped answering our calls and have not given us any updates on what is going on with our truck. There is very poor management at that location, they are rude and combative.

They kept my car for two weeks yet did NOT fix the issue I took it to them for. They broke my radio. My car is leaking fluids when it did not before. They inconvenienced me and left me $4000 in the hole (I am adding the rental car I had to get to the total monies spent on them)

Daniel, my sales rep was very knowledgable, friendly and accommodating and so was the gentleman in Finance. Car payment is what I expected. I would recommend this dealer to a family member or friend.

Mike was a fabulously professional and efficient employee. He was the only one though I left messages to be called back, and promised that they would get back to me in minutes, I waited hours...well, they never called back. I would be put on hold for up to 20 minutes twice! They did a big job that I did not authorize so lucky me, I did not have to pay for it. But they didn't do what I asked them to do after showing them the oil change coupon. Honestly, Mike was the only one that actually did his job there

I made a service appointment through the web, from an e mail I received for an oil change , it had a coupon for $20. I checked off all the service for maintenance options , oil change, cabin air filter, engine filter and free car wash.. only an oil change was done.

Normally when I take my car in for service it usually takes more than 3 hours even though I make an appointment everytime, this time I was told it will take 1 hr 45 mins but it only took about 40 mins. I questioned to myself if everything was taken care of that quickly. So I picked up my vehicle and was told a few things could wait until next visit. But the thing is the paperwork stated my tires were rotated but they weren't and that the tire pressure was adjusted. The reason I know that they weren't was first off I have 2 different tires and they were still in the same spots and also I was having a tire lose air and it's still the same tire in the same spot so I don't understand why they said they were rotated and really wasn't and if there was something wrong with my tire which there must been if the tire pressure is still dropping I wasn't notified of this as well.

Great experience. We went first to the Chevrolet of Montebello and did not get good help or even an experience worth buying. Was asked for over 6500 down payment and no help from sales peoples. After, I came to Covina hills Chevrolet and they were able to help me get a new car with only 1500 down payment and easier financing. Dedication and hardworking individuals are hard at work.
