I went to the dollar store location on Grand Ave. In Covina. It's an old, dated store and not as nice as the newer one in City of Industry on Valley Blvd. But sometimes you can find some good things here that has sold out at other locations. I bought balloons for valentines day.

A fully stocked store. Bought some Main Street Wall Creations Wallpaper-distressed wood grey for a diorama of mine. Easy peel and stick decal. Bought snacks too. Two cashiers at around 1900 hrs. Lots of parking at night as this store shares its parking lot with Stater Bros grocery store.
